摘要
[目的 ]了解我省有毒有害化学品生产、销售和使用专项整治工作的效果。[方法 ]根据福建省专项整治工作方案 ,重点整治 6类行业和 4类企业 ,内容有危害项目申报、卫生培训、制度建立、警示标识、防护设施、场所检测和人员体检等 14个项目。[结果 ]专项整治开展 9个月后 ,用人单位危害项目申报率 3 4 0 % ,用人单位负责人和劳动者的职业卫生知识培训率为 3 2 4%和 43 1% ,场所检测率和合格率为 69 6%和 72 6% ,职业健康体检率 47 3 % ,7个类别企业的职业卫生管理也取得一定效果 ,行政处罚 5 6起。[结论 ]本次专项整治首次摸清了全省的化学品用人单位的职业卫生基本情况 ,专项整治行动本身和体现防治效果的 14项目调查 ,对化学品用人单位的职业病防治工作是一次有力的促进。
Objective To survey the effect of the concentrative management of poisonous baneful chemicals for producing,selling and using in Fujian. According to the management scheme in Fujian,6 kinds industries and 4 enterprises were specially emphasized,including 14 items (declaration of occupational hazardous items,hygiene training,system constitution,warning sings,safeguard equipment,workplace detecting and physical examination for employee and so on). 9 months later,declaration rate was 34.0%; Training rate for the directors and workers was 32.4% and 43.1%; Detecting rate was 69.6% and pass rate was 72.6%: Physical examination rate was 47.3%. The obvious effect for occupational hygiene in 7 kinds of enterprises was obtained and 56 cases were administratively punished. [Conclusion ] The essential states of occupational hygiene in the industries and enterprises are completely investigated in the management. With the investigating of 14 items,the occupational disease control and prevention are greatly promoted in the industries and enterprises.
