摘要
近几年来，我国政策性银行在保持高速发展的同时，经营管理上的诸多问题和矛盾也逐渐暴露出来。因此，有必要建立一套完整的对政策性银行有效的监管体系，将外部监督和内部管理统一到符合国际同业监管标准的法律体系的框架之中。
In recent years, many problems and contradictions of the policy banks in management have gradually appeared with its rapid development Therefore, it is essential to establish a complete and effective system of supervision towards the policy banks and unify its external supervision and internal management into the standard and legal framework in accordance with the international criteria of the same occupation.
