摘要
本文用内标法对强力霉素中乙醇含量进行气相色谱分析，测定了乙醇的定量校正因子。回收率实验结果说明本法适用于强力霉素中乙醇的定量分析。
This paper describes the analysis of ethanol in doxycycline hydrochloride by GC with n-propanol as standard. Using GDX- 401 as the immobilized phase, The response factors of ethanol have been determined. It was proved that the described method is suitable for determining quantitatively ethanol in doxycycline hydrochloride by recovery tests and samples determination.
