摘要
本文用荧光熄灭法研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH-pF)-溴化十六烷基三甲铁(cTMAB,)─Ge(Ⅳ)体系的反应条件和测定方法。在0.62~0.06mol/L的硫酸介质中,检测限为0.03μg/25ml,在0.03~0.5μg/25ml范围内,具有线性关系。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于烟道灰中的微量锗的测定,结果满意。
Ge(Ⅳ)was determined by fIuorometric quenching method using DBH-PF and CTMAB as reagents in acid medium,Ge(Ⅳ),DBH-PF and CTMAB react to form a complex,Its constituent is established by methods of isomolar continuous variation and the equilibrium shift as Ge(Ⅳ) :DBHPF=1:4。Its maximum excitation wavelengths are 472n m and 504nm,maximum emission wavelength is 523nm.The linear range is 0.03- 0.5μg/25ml the defectien limit of Ge(Ⅳ)is 0.03μg/25ml. This method is selective and highly sensitive to Ge(Ⅳ);The method may be used for the determination of trace Ge in soot in smokeflue.
