摘要
本文提出了在三氯化铁存在下,以硫酸一重铬酸钾溶液溶解并氧化氧化铜粉中的低价铜为铜(Ⅱ),过量的重铬酸钾用硫酸亚铁溶液滴定以确定[2Cn(0)+Cn(Ⅰ)]之含量。在硫酸-抗坏血酸-乙醛溶液中,浸出铜的氧化物,然后测定残渣中金属铜。在测出总铜量后,计算出氧化亚铜和氧化铜的含量。本法用于空气雾化-二次氧化生产氧化铜粉的工艺控制和成品分析,简便快速,结果准确。
A simple,rapid method giving accurate and precious results for chemic al phase analysis of copper in its oxide powder has been studied.The determination of 2Cu(0)+Cu(Ⅰ)is based on that the sample was dissolved in sulpburic acid solution containing potassium dihcromadte and ferric chloride, copper(0) and copper(Ⅰ)was oxidized to copper( Ⅱ),excess of the dichromate was titrated with ferrous sulphate solution. The dissolntion of copper was insignificant in sulphuric aciid-ascorbic acid-acetaldehyde solution,it can be separated from copper(Ⅰ) and copper(Ⅱ)end determined.Cuprous oxide and cupric oxide were calculated after the determination of total copper.The method has been successfully used for the determination of copper,cuprous oxide and cnpric oxiae in finished copper oxide powder and process one preparated in air atomizing-secondary oxidizing processes.
