摘要
利用家兔晶体内铜异物动物模型测定不同时间角膜、房水、晶体、玻璃体铜离子浓度及丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果晶体内铜离子浓度和MDA含量随病程进展呈上升趋势,SOD活性逐渐下降,并导致异物周围晶体不同程度混浊;玻璃体在初期受到一定影响,12天后恢复正常。表明晶体内铜异物可引起晶体内自由基代谢紊乱并导致晶体混浊,角膜、房水的自由基代谢亦有影响,对玻璃体影响不大。
he animal models of rabbits with the foreign body of copper ions
and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the cornea,
aqueous humor , lens and vitreous body at differenttime. The result shows that the density of
copper ion and the content of MDA increased as the course of dis-ease continues whereas the
competence of SOD gradually decreased.The vitreous body was affected in the be-ginning of the
course of disease and returned to normal 12 days later,which indicated that the foreign
bodycopper could cause the disturbance of the metabolism of free radicals in the lens and bring
about its turbid-ness. The metabolism of free radicals of the cornea and aqueous humor was
also affected.However,the foreignbody of copper exerted little influence on the metabolism of
free radica ls of the vitreous body.
