摘要
本文采用GC/MS/MSD和化学衍生化技术相结合的方法测定萝卜中的多种游离氨基酸[1-4].色谱分离出20多个组分,质谱鉴定了15个化合物.苏氨酸占总氨基酸含量的40.69%,谷氨酸16.51%,天门冬氨酸11.44%为萝卜中氨基酸的主要成分.
A rapid, sensitive, selCCtive method for qualitative identification and quantitativedetermination of aminoadds in Radish by tising GC/MS/MSD teChnique was described in this paper. More than 20 peaks were separated and arnmg them 15 compounds were identified anddetennined. The major ingredientS are Thr (40.69% of the total alninoadds), Gin (16.sl%), Asp(11.44%).
