摘要
本文采用ＧＣ／ＭＳ／ＭＳＤ和化学衍生化技术相结合的方法测定萝卜中的多种游离氨基酸［１－４］．色谱分离出２０多个组分，质谱鉴定了１５个化合物．苏氨酸占总氨基酸含量的４０．６９％，谷氨酸１６．５１％，天门冬氨酸１１．４４％为萝卜中氨基酸的主要成分．
A rapid, sensitive, selCCtive method for qualitative identification and quantitativedetermination of aminoadds in Radish by tising GC/MS/MSD teChnique was described in this paper. More than 20 peaks were separated and arnmg them 15 compounds were identified anddetennined. The major ingredientS are Thr (40.69% of the total alninoadds), Gin (16.sl%), Asp(11.44%).
