摘要
近年来,在我国出口贸易中以FOB条件成交的贸易占到60%至70%,而实践表明采用FOB条件对出口商存在着很大的风险,甚至造成货、款两空的结局。因此研究FOB条件下的风险及防范措施对我国成功开展对外贸易有着积极的意义。本文从案例着手,分析了出口商在FOB条件下可能面临的风险,并提出了相应的风险防范对策。
In recent years export trade in our country occupies 60% to 70% with the term of FOB, while cases indicate that exporters face considerable risks on FOB term, even resulting in the losses of goods and payments. Therefore, explorations on the risks and countermeasures on FOB term are key to develop the foreign trade successfully. This article analyzes such problems, and puts forward the corresponding precautions.
