摘要
对程序控制温度、湿法消解苹果样品中铅的消解条件和石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法进行了研究和探讨。在本法选择的条件下 ,回收率为 92 0 %~ 1 0 7 0 % ,相对标准偏差为 4 1 %。经t检验及对比实验证明 。
The program controlling temperature-hydro dispelling Pb(lead)in the apple sample were studied,and the content of Pb in apple determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrography(GFAAS).Under the circumstances selected in this way,the recovery rate is 92.0% to 107.0% with the deviation reducing to 4.1%.The t test and comparative experiment between the method and the national standard method has proved that there was no obvious difference between them.
