摘要
橄榄果实室温贮藏保鲜研究结果表明:多菌灵与增效剂B混用的保鲜效果较好;保鲜浓度多菌灸1000ppm,增效剂B30~45ppm;果实的浸药时间以3分钟为宜;包装材料以0.01mm厚的聚氟乙烯薄膜袋为好。
The effect of packing material,immersing time of fruits in preservativesolution,preservative concentration and preservatives upon postharvest storage ofCanarium album fruits at room temperature were studied.The results showed that thepreservation action of bavistin-synergist B was more effective,and the concentration ofpreservative was bavistin 1000ppm-synergist B30~45ppm;the optimum immersing timeof fruits in the preservative solution was 3 minutes;the polychloroethylene film(thick-ness0.01mm)bags were the best packing materials for preservation of Canariuln albumfruits.
