摘要
目的 总结口腔颌面部损伤患者的抢救及护理。方法 对 99 例口腔颌面部损伤患者采取防止窒息,防治休克及感染,严密观察病情及做好心理、饮食护理。结果 本组病例心理状态稳定,5例好转后转往他科,其余均痊愈出院。结论 对口腔颌面部损伤患者及时采取相应的抢救及护理措施,加强病情观察,既是护理的重点,又是提高急诊救治率的重要组成部分。
Objective To conclude the experience of rescue operation and nursing on patients with oral and maxillofacial injury. Methods 99 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacil injury were given the prevention of asphyxia,shock and infection along with close observation,effective phychological nursing care and dietetic nursing care. Results Patients had stable psychology,all recovered except for 5 cases transferred to other departments. Conclusions To take timely rescue operation and effective nursing on patients with oral and maxillofacial injury is not only the key of nursing but also the composition to improve the successful ratio of rescue.
