摘要
提出一种快速成型 (RP)工艺优选方法 该方法综合运用了专家系统和模糊综合评判 ,通过专家系统初步确定RP候选方案 ,采用模糊综合评判选择最适合的RP工艺 ;运用层次分析法 ,建立了RP工艺优选的多因素、多层次综合评价模型 ,确定了准则层各个评价因素的权重 ,并使用Java技术开发了这个工艺选择系统 通过一个典型应用案例展示了该系统的使用方法及其应用效果 结果表明 ,通过该方法确定的RP工艺更加准确和有效 。
A novel method by integration of a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model and an expert system is proposed to select a rapid prototyping process. The expert system is used to determine the feasible RP alternatives. Subsequently, the most appropriate one can be obtained by the two-stage FSE method. The hierarchical decision model is established based on the AHP method, and the weights of RP evaluation factors are determined by using the entropy method and AHP method. The system is developed by Java technology. Finally, a typical case is given to demonstrate the application of this system. The result shows that the RP process determined by the method is much more accurate and effective.
