摘要 目的 以DSA为参照评价子宫肌瘤的MRI表现。资料与方法 对DSA上有明显血供的子宫肌瘤行MRI检查 ,所有病例采用SET1、turbo SET2 WI和SET1WI增强扫描 ,对比剂为Gd DTPA ,剂量 0 .1mmol/kg体重 ,对不同成像序列的MRI信号特点和相关征象进行分析。结果  37个肌瘤T1WI均表现为等、低信号 ,T2 WI多为等、高信号(2 8个肌瘤 ) ,增强扫描肌瘤均出现明显强化 ,信号多数高于或等于子宫肌层 (35个肌瘤 )。多数肌瘤内部为均匀结节状或团块状改变 ,其间可见分隔结构 ,肌瘤包膜在T1WI、T2 WI和增强扫描时能明确显示。结论 DSA表现明显血供的子宫肌瘤MRI有一定的特征性表现 。 Objective To evaluate the MR imaging appearance of the uterine fibroids compared to DSA. Materials and Methods MR imaging was performed in 37 patients with uterine fibroid with rich blood supplement confirmed by DSA examination. Scan sequence were consisted of SE T 1-weighted obtained before and after contrast media administration (0.1mmol per kilogram of body weight of gadolinium dimeglumine), and SE T 2-weighted. MRI intensity and relative features of the fibroids on different sequence were analyzed.Results All the uterine fibroid were shown with isointensity or hypointensity on T 1-weighted images, 28 fibroids with hyperintensity or isointensity on T 2-weighted images. After contrast media administration, 37 fibroids enhanced markedly, of 35 fibroids the signal intensity was higher than or equal to that of myometrium. Most fibroids were consisted of multiple nodules and the septa which were appeared as linear structures. A pseudocapsule was revealed clearly on T 1/T 2-weighted images and enhanced images in all fibroids.Conclusion MRI features of uterine fibroids with rich blood supplement are characteristic to some extent, MR enhanced imaging reflects the blood supplement of uterine fibroids more accurately.
