分析了STR主动锥齿轮在渗碳淬火过程中出现质量问题的主要原因,采取改进工艺、控制材料的淬透性以及提高淬火冷却能力等措施,有效地解决了问题。
The major causes of quality accidents of driving bevel gear during carburizing were analyzed, and the problems were solved effectively by improving technology, controlling hardenability of the material and enhancement of quenching intensity.
