摘要
分析了影响PC钢棒质量的主要因素和降低延迟破坏的可能性.提出PC钢棒用钢的成分配比原则是:0.25%~0.40%C,>1%Si,<1%Mn,≤0.010%P,≤0.005%S.指出目前国产PC钢棒生产中存在的若干问题及可能的解决方法,并提出PC钢棒力学性能预报与控制经验公式.建议对国内PC钢棒产品行业标准YB/T 111-1997进行修订.
Main factors affecting the quality of PC steel bars and the possibilities to reduce the delayed fractures were analyzed. It has been proposed that the principle for developing chemical compositions of PC bars should be 0.25% - 0.40% C, > 1% Si, less than or equal 1% Mn, [less-than or equal to] 0.010% P, [less-than or equal to] 0.005% S. The authors also pointed out several problems in PC steel bar production, and suggested some ways to solve the problems. Besides, the empirical formulas to predict the mechanical properties of PC steel bars are presented. Finally, this paper proposed that the standard of YB/T 111-1997 should be revised.
