摘要
近30年来,随着广谱抗生素、抗肿瘤药物、免疫抑制剂等的广泛应用,器官移植、骨髓移植、导管插管等的普遍开展,尤其是艾滋病等的流行,急性侵袭性真菌感染明显增多。但有关抗真菌的治疗药物也明显发展,这里就有关其近期研究进展做一回顾。
During the last thirty years,in the accompanying with the wide use of broad spectrum antibiotics,antineoplastic drugs,immunosuppressants,organtransplantations,bone marrow transfusions and the multiple catheterizations,especially the spreading of HIV infections,acute invasive fungal infections(AFI) dramatically increased.On the same time,the antifungal drugs also markedly developed.Here is a brief review of the advances of the new antifungal drugs for treat the AFI.
