摘要 本研究以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶水平电泳法测定了鸡蛋淀粉酶多态现象,发现蛋清淀粉酶呈单态,蛋黄淀粉酶呈现多态现象,其表现与血清淀粉酶相似,因而提出了相同的遗传机制假设:即蛋黄淀粉酶多态现象受Amy-1和Amy-2两个基因座位控制,本试验发现Amy-1座位有Amy-1A和Amy-1B两个等位基因,控制AA,AB和BB3种表型;Amy-2座位由Amy-2B和Amy-2i两个等位基因决定(+)和(-)2种表型。根据上述假设调查不同品种及同品种不同品系的蛋黄淀粉酶多态现象的表型分布和基因频率,发现不同品种间存在较大差异,同品种不同品系间则差异不大。蛋黄淀粉酶Amy-1多态现象和血清淀粉酶Amy-1多态现象的表型分布和基因频率存在显著差异。 Amylase polymorphism in chicken eggs was determinedwith Polyacrylamide gel elec-trophoresis in this study and monomorphic amylase in egg white and polymorphic amy-lase in egg yolk were found. Amylase Polymorphism in egg yolk was similar to that inserum,on which the same genetic control mechanisni hypothesis as that in serum wasProposed, i. e. ainylase Polymorphism in egg yolix was controlled by Amy-1 and Amy-2loci. In the experiment it was found that AA, AB and BB phenotypes were decided bythe two alleles Amy-1A and Amy-1B on Amy-1 locus and that (+) and (-) phenotypeswere decided by the two alleles Amy-2i and Amy-2i on Amy-2 locus. Based on theabove hypothesis, the phenotypic distribution and gene frequencies of amylase polymor-phism in some chicken breeds and lines were investigated, and significant differencesbetween breeds and few differences between lines were discovered. Significant differencebetween phenotypic distribution and gene frequencies in egg yolk Amy-1 and those inserum Amy-1 was also found when compared Amy-1 Polymorphism in egg yolk withthat in serum.
