摘要
目的 探讨利用异体硬脑膜作为悬吊材料治疗儿童重度先天性上睑下垂的手术效果。方法 对 2 7例 4 3眼重度先天性上睑下垂的儿童行异体硬脑膜额肌悬吊术。结果 术后随访 3～ 32个月 ,所有患儿外观改善 ,睑缘弧度美观 ,符合生理状态。结论 异体硬脑膜额肌悬吊治疗儿童重度先天性上睑下垂 ,手术方法简单可靠 ,术后效果良好 ,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of homologous dura as a kind of suspended material to treat severe congenital ptosis.Methods Using homologous dura to suspend the upper eyelid to frontalis muscle to correct severe congenital ptosis 43 eyes of 27 cases.Results Following-up 3～32 months,all cases′ appearance got better and upper eyelid arc was moderate.Conclusions Homologous dura material is a good kind of material to correct children′s severe congenital ptosis.The operation method is simple;the effect of operation is good and is deserve spreading.
