摘要
文化差异,特别是东西方文化差异,导致了人们对同一事物或同一理性概念的不同理解和解释。在英汉互译中忽视文化差异,必然会导致误译、错译。本文论述了了解东西方文化差异在翻译中的重要性。
It is the cultural difference that may lead to different peoples in holding different understanding and explanation to the same thing and the same conception. In English-Chinese translation, cultural difference should not be ignored. The article illustrates the importance of cultural difference between accidental and oriental cultures.
