Experimental study of complex mollusuicidal with nicotinanilide and niclosamide produced in different manufactories

摘要 目的掌握不同厂家氯硝柳胺与烟酰苯胺复配的灭螺效果。方法将氯硝柳胺与烟酰苯胺按1∶1的比例进行复配形成复合物(简称氯烟复合物),在室内进行浸杀和喷洒灭螺实验并观察钉螺触药上爬及鱼类急性毒性情况。结果在室温23~25℃条件下,采用0.2mg/L氯烟复合物,室内浸泡48h,3个厂家氯烟复合物淮南组、吴江组和四川组的钉螺死亡率分别为93.3%、94.7%和95.4%。采用0.4g/m氯烟复合物,室内喷洒248h,3个厂家氯烟复合物淮南组、吴江组和四川组的钉螺死亡率分别为97%、96%和96%。钉螺接触氯烟复合物的上爬率比烟酰苯胺下降71.9%,2组钉螺上爬率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对鱼的急性毒性,氯烟复合物比氯硝柳胺下降50%左右。结论不同厂家氯硝柳胺和烟酰苯胺通过复配后均可获得增效灭螺的作用。 Objective To investigate the molluscicidal effect of the complex of nicotinanilide and niclosamide produced in different manufactories. Methods Nicotinanilide and niclosamide were combined in a proportion of 1 ∶ 1(combined mollusuicide), and then the snail control test by immersion and spraying methods was performed with the combined mollusuicide in different manufactories. Meanwhile, the test of snail leaving water as they contacted combined mollusuicide and fish toxicity were observed. Results Under the room temperature 23 ~ 25 ℃ in lab, 0.2 mg/L of the complex was used by immersion method for 48 h in lab. The mortality of the snails in the group of Huainan, Wujiang and Sichuan was 93.3%, 94.7% and 95.4% respectively; When 0.4 g/m2 of the complex was used by spraying for 48 h in lab, the mortality of the snails in the group of Huainan, Wujiang and Sichuan was 97%, 96% and 96% respectively. The ratio of snails leaving water in the complex group was decreased by 71.9% compared with that of nicotinanilide group. The ratio of snail leaving water had a significant difference between complex group and nicotinanilide groups(P < 0.01). As for acute toxicity of fish, the complex group reduced about 50% than that of niclosamide group. Conclusions Mollusuicidal effect can be enhanced by combining nicotinanilide with niclosamide produced in different manufactories.
