摘要
作品应具有特定性、表达性、独创性和可复制性,著作权法只保护作品的表现形式,而不延及作品所表达的思想和情感本身。一部作品要得到法律的保护,必须是作者独立进行创作,是作者创造性智力劳动的结果。
The works should possess the specially designated nature、expressing nature、originality and copy nature,the copyright law only protect the diaphonic of works, not protect thought and emotion of the works.The works must be the results of author's creativeness intelligence work independented that can get the protection of law.
