摘要
本文通过对国内外农村金融发展经验的比较,着重阐述了金融发展对农业发展和农民增收的作用,并提出了在农村金融体系中明确政府金融职能,引入民营金融竞争,以增加农民收入的迫切性与可行性。
This paper interprets the important rule of financial development on the agriculture development and peasants' income growth, and the urgency and feasibility of clearly distinguishing the function of governmental finance, and introducing the private financial competition to increase peasants' fund resource for their businesses and income in the rural financial system.
