摘要
目的:讨论系统性红斑狼疮所致脑病的CT及MR表现。方法:自1999年8月到2004年4月,随访观察4例系统性红斑狼疮所致脑病患者的CT及MR表现。结果:在系统性红斑狼疮所致脑病的病例中,脑白质病变最常见。结论:临床疑有系统性红斑狼疮所致脑病时,选择CT及MR检查以辅助临床诊治。
Objective to discuss the CT AND MR manifestation of encephalopathy in systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods four cases of the CT and MR manifestation of encephalopathy in systemic lupus erythematosus have been observed since august 1999.Results cerebral white mattes with low density and hypointense on T_1WI and hyperintense on T_2WI occured often in all four cases.Conclusion CT and MR plays important role in the patients with the encephalopathy in systemic lupus erythematosus.
