摘要
为测试圆筒式离心萃取器运用于稀土萃取分离工艺的可靠性,夹带量、单级效率、串级效率,进行了该机水洗出口(P507夹带少量HCL)试验、空白有机皂化试验、稀土萃取单级试验、稀土萃取串级试验(NS分组),结果表明:离心萃取器已基本解决混相问题,其萃取速度、萃取率、级效率均高于箱式萃取槽,且分离效果特别明显;离心萃取器的稳定性较好,平衡时间短,再加上无需冲槽平衡,体系积压少,体积小,占地面积小.
In order to test the reliability, carriage, single-stage and cascade efficiency of the separating technology of cylinder centrifugal extractor used to extract rare-earth, many experiments have been done, such as: the outlet experiment of water-washing (p507 carries a little bit of HCL), the empty organic experiment of saponification、one-stage and cascade rare-earth extracting experiment. The results of experiments show the centrifugal extractor has not only basically resolved blending-phase, with its extraction speed and stage efficiency higher than box-extraction, but also gratly improved separating effect. Superiorities are as follows: stability is better, equilibrium time is shorter; what's more, it (doesn't) need to slot for balancing and the system has a small accumulation、 volume and occupied area.
