简述了沟通的形式、方法及其在人与人交往中的重要作用,指出图书馆应采取多种渠道与读者进行沟通,以获得读者的理解、信任和支持,进而做好读者服务工作。
This paper briefly illustrates the forms and methods of the communication and its important functions in the contacts among the people, and points out that the library should make communication with the readers through various paths to obtain the understanding, trust and support form the readers and further do well the service for readers.
