As usual,there does not exist an ideal secret sharing scheme for any access structure Γ.However ,if |Γ_0|≤n holds,then an ideal secret sharing scheme can be constructed for any access structure Γ,where Γ_0 is the basis of access structure Γ and n is the number of all participants.
