摘要
目的 探讨冠心病(CHD)病人无症状心肌缺血(SMI)与心率变异性 (HRV )的关系。方法 对 97例冠心病病人应用 2 4h动态心电图 (DCG )进行检测分析。结果 共检出心肌缺血 762阵次 ,其中SMI 687阵次 ,显著高于有症状心肌缺血 ,占90 .16%。HRV的降低与ST段压低幅度呈正相关。结论 冠心病病人SMI相当常见 。
Objective To explore the relationship between silent myocardial ischemia (SMI) patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)and heart rate variability(HRV).Methods 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring was performed in 97 CHD patients.Results Yocardial ischemia occurred 762 times. Silent myocardial ischemia was found to occur 687 times .The frequency of occurrence of SMI (90.16%)was obviously higher than those of symptomatic ischemia. The grade of myocardial ischemia had positive correlation with the heart rate variability(HRV).Conclusion SMI is the most common manifestation in patients with CHD. The impairment of cardiac autonomic nerves is associated with the extension of ischemia in patients with CHD.
