摘要
在对坝系规划设计的理论和方法进行总结分析的基础上,提出研究利用现有的小流域基础数据,运用"3S"前沿技术、计算机图形技术、数据库技术、虚拟现实技术以及系统工程学的基本原理,进行基于GIS的小流域水土保持坝系规划系统研究。为我国水土保持坝系规划提供一个技术平台,对提高水土保持沟道治理方案的设计质量和速度、节省规划时间和投资,具有重要的理论和实践生产意义。
Based on analyzing the planning theories and techniques of dam system,the systematic thought of soil and water conservation dam planning system was put forward based on GIS.The research is on the basis of summarizing and analyzing some theories and methods in the process of dam system planning by using present small watershed data,and the exerting basic theory of advanced technology including'3S',computer graphics,database,virtual reality,system engineering.It is of great academic and practical significance in improving the design quality and speed in soil and water conservation gully control project,saving time and funds,and offering a technical support for national soil and water conservation dam system planning.
