摘要
本文对机械能助渗锰及常规的粉末渗锰工艺、渗锰层组织、结构进行了探讨。利用运动的粉末粒子的机械能冲击工件表面进行助渗锰,将渗锰温度由传统化学热处理的 1000℃降低到 300℃,可有效地提高耐蚀性和使用寿命。机械能助渗锰技术的社会经济效益好,很有发展前景。
It has been investigated that the mechanical energy's aiding manganizing, normal power manganizing art, the manganized structures and layers. The surface of works pieces is impacted by the mechanical energy of moving power particles during manganizing, which can prompt manganizing process and helps manganizing temperature decrease from 1000℃ to 300℃. The results show that the manganizing process will effectively increase worn wear and prolong the service life. This technique shows good social and economic prospect.
