摘要
目的 通过对 3 4例重症心脏瓣膜病患者的治疗分析 ,找到重症心脏瓣膜病的诊治规律 ,提高诊治水平。方法 对我院自 1995年 7月至 2 0 0 2年 12月收治的 3 4例重症心脏瓣膜病病例进行回顾性分析 ,并结合国内外相关文献进行对比分析。结果 术后 2 3例出现并发症 ,治愈 3 0例 ,死亡 4例。结论 重症心脏瓣膜病的诊断标准有五点 ,但要根据患者情况进行判断。围手术期必须使用洋地黄、极化液等强心、利尿治疗。开放阻断时要使用洋地黄、速尿并补钾。对术前患有脑梗死者 。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of severe heart valve disease in order to enhance the diagnostic and therapeutic levels by analyzing the treatment for 34 patients with severe heart valve disease.Methods The data of 34 patients with severe heart valve disease admitted in our hospital from July,1995 to December,2002 were retrospectively analyzed,and were compared with the data of related literatures in home and abroad.Results Among 34 patients,23 cases had complications,30 cases were cured and 4 cases died.Conclusion The diagnostic criteria of severe heart valve disease have five points, however,which should be judged as the state of patient.The digitalis and polarized liquid,cardiac tonics diuretics should be used.During opening block,digitalis and furosemide should be administrated,and potassium should be supplied.The extracorporeal circulation should be given smoothly before operation for the patients with cerebral infarction.
