摘要 糖原磷酸化酶同工酶BB是心肌细胞特异性酶,在心肌缺血损伤早期(2~3h)即可释放入血,有望成为新的急性心肌梗死早期诊断生化标志物.现就糖原磷酸化酶同工酶的生化特性、生理病理及检测方法、诊断价值作一简要概述.
