摘要
以广西梧州市人事局综合楼平移工程的设计和施工为例, 论述了高层建筑平移技术的原理,介绍了平移的设计及施工方式, 并对高层建筑物平移的设计和施工中的技术可行性和安全性进行了讨论。广西梧州市人事局综合楼建筑面积 8 836m2, 楼重 13 254t, 楼高为 36 8m, 10层框架结构, 平移距离 30 276m, 并且已于 2004年 5月 25日平移就位。
A ten-story building in the city of Wuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has been integrally translated to a new site 30.276 meters away. The weight of the building is 13 254 t and hight 36.8 m. The project was completed on 24 May, 2004. The paper takes this project as an example, and explains the principle of integral translation technique of high-rise buildings and introduces its design and implement approaches. The technical feasibility and safety of the design and implement are also discussed in the paper.
