摘要
文章在比较企业关键岗位和普通岗位的任职资格的基础上,指出核心人才的能力结构由一般能力和特殊能力构成,系统分析了核心人才的能力形成和利用的影响因素,最后提出核心人才能力有效利用的策略。
By differentiating key positions and ordinary positions in an enterprise, the authors point out that the capability of core talents consists of ordinary capability and special capability. The paper makes a systematic analysis of the factors in the composition of core talent's capability and strategies of optimum use of their talents.
