摘要
冠心病心绞痛患者５１例，其中３１例（男性１６例，女性１５例；年龄６１±ｓ４ａ）采用舒心口服液２０ｍＬ，ｂｉｄ治疗。另２０例（男性１１例，女性９例；年龄６２±９ａ）采用丹参舒心胶囊３粒，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ作对照。２组均以１２ｗｋ为一个疗程。结果：舒心口服液组症状总有效率９０％，对照组７０％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；心电图总有效率前者５８％优于后者４０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。舒心口服液尚有降低血液粘度、改善左室收缩功能作用。且未发现不良反应。
Thirty-one patients(M16,F15;age 61±s4 a)of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris and high viscosity were treated with Shu-xin-kou-fu-ye 20 mL,po,bid,for 12 wk.Other similar 20 patients(M11,F 9;age 62±9 a) received Dan-shen-shu-xin capsule 3 capsules,po,tid,for 12 wk served as control group.Results showed the total clinical and ECG rates in the Shu-xin-kou-fu-ye group were higher than the control group(90% and 58% vs 70% and 40%,respectively P<0.01 and P<0.05).Shu-xin-kou-fu-ye also had the effects of reducing blood viscosity and improving left ventricular systolic function without adverse rections.
