摘要
阐述了对数字图书馆建设中若干问题的看法,分析当前国内数字图书馆建设实践,认为数字图书馆建设尚处于起步阶段,面临许多技术难题和规则不清的问题;
Based on an analysis of the current development of digital libraries in China, the author believed that their development was only in the beginning stage and faced with many technical and irregular problems.So,some suggestions on solving the problems are proposed.
