摘要
教育要创新。教育督导作为教育事业改革与发展的监督机制,是实施教育创新的重要方面。本文从红花岗区教育督导工作的成绩与不足着笔,阐述了该区教育督导创新是该区教育发展的需要,探讨了该区教育督导创新首先要制定"以校为本"的评估标准以及如何运作评估标准的制定。
Educational needs innovation. As an inspecting mechanism of the reformation and development of the educational cause, educational inspection is an impormant aspect of educational innovation. Starting with the achievements and shortcomings in the work of educational inspection in Honghuagang District, this article expounds that the innovation of educational inspection in this district is the need of the educational development,and discusses that to blaze new trails in the educational inspection of this district,it is necessary to work out evaluating criterion based on each school and how to handle it.
