摘要
目的采用随机化多因素研究方法对两种术式进行回顾性的分析与总结.方法病变限于腮腺包膜内735例病例分别接受两种术式治疗,每一种术式随机筛选120例进行分组,对术后复发、畸形、面神经麻痹、味觉出汗综合征等指标进行2周～3年的随访观察.结果术后畸形、面神经麻痹、味觉出汗综合征等指标两组之间存在显著差异.结论改良术式能有效减少腮腺手术后多种并发症.
Objective Using randomized multi-factor method to retrospectively analyse two operation methods.Methods Seven hundreds and thirty-five cases of intramembrane lesions of parotid gland were treated with two operation methods.One hundred twenty cases randomly selected from each operation treatment were divided into two groups.The post-operation deformity,facial paralysis and Fery′s syndrome were observed from 7 weeks to 3 years.Results There were significant differences in post-operation deformity , facial paralysis and Fery′s syndrome.Conclusion Improved operation methods can effectively reduce the post-parotidectomy complications.
