摘要
从织针在网带炉中光亮化淬火过程的热传导分析入手,建立了反映网带炉织针淬火加热过程特点的物理模型,推导出了热传导方程,并合理地对边界条件进行简化;在此基础上编制程序,对织针淬火加热过程的温度场进行模拟,模拟结果与实际相符,为织针光亮化淬火工艺和质量控制提供了依据。
Starting with the heat conduction in process of lucent quenching of needles in the web furnace,physical model is made for the heating process in process of needle quenching in the web furnace.The heat conduction fomula is inducted and boardering environment simplified.Programme is made hencewith and temp.field is mocked in heating process of needle quenching.The mocking result is in conformity with the matter of fact for information of quality control of needle lucent quenching process.
