摘要
通常在研究包括振源、减振器和基础结构在内的减振系统的振动和噪声控制问题中,是将基础作为 固定刚性来研究的,但是它不能反映船舶在航行中的实际情况。本文对基础分别为固定刚体、悬浮刚体和漂浮刚体 等情况的隔振效率进行研究,分析了在刚体、悬浮和漂浮特性下对隔振效果的影响。研究结果表明,基础悬浮或漂浮 只影响低频段的隔振特性,随着基础对机器质量比的增大,悬浮或漂浮对低频段的影响逐渐减小,在基础对机器的质 量比值大于50时,可不计基础悬浮或漂浮的影响。
The past researching on the vibration isolation system which including vibration sources, absorbers and base structures, the base is regarded as a fixed rigid body. That can′t reflect the base condition when ship navigates. In this paper vibration isolation efficiency is studied when the base situations are fixed rigid body, suspended rigid body and floated rigid body respectively, influences on vibration isolation efficiency are presented as well. The result tells us that it only affects vibration isolation characteristics in low frequency when the base is suspended or floated. The influences decrease when the ratio of the base mass to the machine mass increases. The influences can neglect if the ratio adds up to 50.
