摘要
介绍了从海洋多金属结核中提取有价金属的新工艺,主要包括以下几个部分:①海洋多金属结核的液相氧化,即在氧气存在下利用熔融氢氧化钾作为转化介质生产锰酸钾;②锰酸钾歧化生产高锰酸钾以及锰酸钾热分解生产二氧化锰和氧气;③氢氧化钾的净化和重复利用;④被富集有价金属的回收和精制。新工艺具有低污染、低能耗、操作费用低的特点。
A new process proposed by the authors for leaching metal values from ocean polymetallic nodules is introduced. This process mainly contains several steps, as follows: (1) liquid-phase oxidation of ocean polymetallic nodules, i. e., in the presence of oxygen using molten potassium hydroxide as transforming medium to produce potassium manganate; (2) the production of potassium permanganate from the disproportionation reaction of potassium manganate and the production of manganese dioxide and oxygen from the thermal-decomposition reaction of potassium manganate; (3) clarification and recycle of potassium hydroxide; (4) recovery and refining of other enriched metal values. The new process has the features of less pollution, low energy consumption and low operation cost.
