摘要
用非放射性标记的HBV-DNA探针检测371份至少有一项HBV免疫学标志阳性血清和510份对照血清的HBV-DNA。结果表明:510份对照血清和79份仅抗-HBs阳性血清的HBV-DNA均为阴性,82份HBsAg阳性、HBeAg阳性血清的HBV-DNA检出率为100%,103份HBsAg阳性、HBeAg阴性血清的检出率为79.6%,76份HBsAg阳性。HBeAg阴性、但抗-HBe阳性血清的检出率为80.3%,292份HBV不同感染阶段血清总检出率为75%。非放射性分子杂交法可直接检测出HBV的复制,由于该法亦可定量,故还可用于判断血清传染程度和血清病毒的含量。

HBV-DNA of 510 normal control and 79 patients serum which only has anti-HBs positive,were
negative, The positive rate of the test of the serum of 82 cases(HBsAg+,HBeAg+)was 100%。
The rate of 103 cases (HRsAg+,HBeAg-)was 79.6%。 The rate of 76 cases was 80.3%, in
whichHBsAg positive, HBeAg negative, but the anti-HBe positive,The total rate of HBV of 292
cases was75%in different infectious stages. The method of nonradioactive molecular
hybridization can check out the duplicate of HBV direct-ly, It can be rationed and it also can be
used to judge the extent about the serum infection and the con-tent of the serum virus.This
method is quite simple and easy and might be used in basic unit。
