摘要
通过建立 GSM-R 网络效能分析模型,本文利用模糊数学思想提出了一种用于 GSM-R 网络的可靠性综合评估方法,并重点分析了 GSM-R 网络语音和数据业务的可靠性。由于每种因素的可靠性指标对网络综合可靠性贡献程度不同,本文对不同影响因素分配了不同的优化权重,使得对网络综合可靠性贡献大的因素保持在较高的可靠性水平,而其他因素的可靠性可维持在相对较低水平,从而提高 GSM-R 网络可靠性的综合评估水平,降低 GSM-R 网络的投入和维护成本。
Based on the GSM-R network effect analysis model, this paper presents an integrated reliability evaluation approach for GSM-R reliability by using fuzzy mathematical method. In particular, our emphasis is placed on the analysis of voice and data traffic reliability. Since different elements of the network contribute differently to the network reliability, in this paper, optimum weights are allocated to different elements according to their importance in reliability, thus, this enhances the overall network reliability and reduces the cost of GSM-R system and its maintenance.
