摘要
本文对“信息孤岛”产生的原因进行了深入分析,提出了在资源建设和信息技术采用中,通过实施标准化战略、强化规划和管理、整合资源、实现系统集成、发挥协同效应,从而提高信息化建设整体效益的思想。
This paper analyzes thoroughly the reason of 'information isolated island'. In the construction of resource and use of IT,it points out the idea that achieve total result of informatization construction by implementing a strategy of standardization, strengthening plan and management,integrating resource,realizing system integration and resulting together.
