摘要
阐述了期刊的职能和作用,针对现阶段高校图书馆在期刊开发和利用方面的不足,着重从优化选刊、新刊推荐、电子信息产品开发、完善服务、管理人员自身素质的提高、期刊信息资源商品化等方面,对期刊信息资源的深度开发措施进行了探讨。
This paper illustrates the functions of periodical, and in the light of the insufficiency in aspect of developing and utilizing the periodicals of university library nowadays,probes into the measures for deep-developing of periodical information resources from six aspects of the optimum selection of the periodical, the recommendation of new periodicals, the development of electronic information products, the performance of service, the improvement of managerial personnel's self-quality, and the commercialization of periodical information resources, etc.
