离心泵通用轴面流道中线的数学模型研究

摘要 国内许多泵厂和研究单位推出多种优秀的离心泵水力模型,为泵的设计提供了宝贵的经验,而一般方法均需给定轴面流线,通常是用试凑法不断地修改给定数据,给设计带来一定的盲目性。笔者结合优秀水力模型,利用数理统计的方法给出统一的流道中线数学模型,经验证,方法是可行的,并可运用于前、后盖板流线的数学模型的建立。 In home,a lot of pump factories and research units put the various excellent hydraulic model of centrifugal pump to the market,have offered valuable experience for the design of pump.General method needs to offer axial string and tries to modify given data continuously,which brings certain blindness to design.The author studies the excellent hydraulic model and puts forward to the unified mathematics model of flow path center line in the method of mathematical statistics,and examples certificate it is feasible and can be used to the establishment of the mathematics model of front and back shroud sting.
