摘要
对常用的氮化齿轮材料 40Cr、20CrMo、32Cr2MoV,在不同的表面粗糙度下进行了离子氮化和TiN复合镀膜处理,并测定了膜层厚度和镀膜后的结合强度。结果表明,相同镀膜条件下的膜层厚度没有明显差异;但随着表面粗糙度的下降,膜层的结合强度上升;含有较多Cr、V的 32Cr2MoV通过复合处理之后其硬度梯度分布更为合理,比 40Cr、20CrMo涂层结合强度更好,膜层性能优越。
Cr、20CrMo、32Cr2MoV are plasma nitrided and subsequently TiN coating is deposited by multi-arc ION plating under different surface roughness, the thickness and adhesion strengthen of TiN film is measured .The result of experiments indicates that there is no big distinction in thickness of film at the same ION plating processing parameter, whereas adhesion strengthen increases with roughness descending. Distribution of hardness gradient of TiN coated 32Cr2MoV pre-nitrided is better than that of 20CrMo and 40Cr,it appears to offer higher adhesion strengthen and film properties.
