摘要
研究了稀土金属钕和镝中杂质氧和氮的测定方法。针对稀土金属高温易挥发的特点,选择适宜的加热温度,使用镍浴选择高温座坩埚进行试验,获得了满意的测定效果。对于降低助熔剂和浴料的空白值进行了研究,确定了合适的助熔剂的预处理方法。对于氧质量分数0.12%、0.013%氮的试样,相对标准偏差为氧9.6%、氮8.9%;加标回收率为氧90%~106%、氮94%~110%。
The determination of impurity Oxygen and Nitrogen in the metals of Neodymium and Dysprosium is studied. While being heated to high temperature, the rare earth metals can easily volatilize, which will have bad effect on the determination. So suitable conditions were chosen for the determination including appropriate heating temperature, appropriate graphite bath, Nickel as supplementary agent for melting and high temperature crucible with upper-lower seat being used. The chapter has supposed how to obtain low and stable blank values of the bath material and supplementary agent. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of impurity oxygen and nitrogen in metals of Nd and Dy. For samples which contain oxygen 0.12% and Nitrogen 0.013%, the analysis precisions are 9.6% for oxygen and 8.9% for nitrogen; the recoveries are in the range of 90%~106% for oxygen and 94%~110% for nitrogen.
