摘要
论文对当今测控领域的热点虚拟仪器技术和淮北选煤厂煤泥浮选过程进行了简介 ,利用功能强大的虚拟仪器设计平台LabVIEW ,在Windows2 0 0 0系统上进行了煤泥浮选过程自动监控系统的软硬件初步设计。该系统具有人机界面友好、操作方便、配置灵活、易于扩展等特点 ,可对浮选过程的主要参数进行在线监测、优化控制、图表显示、实时记录和处理 ,提高了系统的易用性、可扩展性和数据分析处理的性能 ,为浮选优化控制系统的深入研究奠定了良好基础。
The virtual instrument technology-one of the hotspo ts of current measurement and control field,as well as the coal slurry flotation process,is briefly introduced in this paper.By the help of the powerful design platform LabVIEW,a preliminary design of automatic monitoring and control syst em for coal slurry floatation is performed on the Windows2000 operating system. This system has multiple functions,including on-line motoring,optimal control ,graph display,data processing and so on.It also improves the man-machine in terface,usability,extensibility and data processing ability of the current flo atation system,and provides good conditions to the further research of the opti mal control for the coal slurry floatation process.
