摘要
文章从物资采购管理入手,探讨如何实施以业务流程重组(BPR)为导向,以物流管理系统为平台,以管理制度改革为保证,以财务成本核算为核心的物流管理信息体系建设,通过有效促进这一体系在现代电信运营企业中的应用,达到降低投资成本,优化资源配置,提高工作效率的目的,从而提升企业管理水平,增强企业竞争力。
The discourse discusses how to implement construction of logistics management system in which BRP as direction, logistics management system as platform,reformation of administration system as guarantee and financial cost accounting as kernel.It also discusses how to achieves the aims which includes reducing cost of investment,optimizing allocation of resource and improving work efficiency through the application of this logistics management system in telecommunication enterprise.
