摘要
世纪之交中国证券业的市场化、规范化和国际化趋势,对证券公司的可持续发展提出了严峻挑战。证券经纪业务作为券商的中坚业务,其传统的通道盈利模式也受到了强烈冲击。构建新型服务盈利模式势在必行。
Nowadays the tendency of becoming more capitalization, regulation and internationalization force securities companies to face severe challenges. As the core business, traditional brokerage business model falls into dilemma these years. Based on how to establishing new pattern of service and profit model, this paper makes probing and research on innovation and development of brokerage business.
